Crown's Skye Hotel Suites Parramatta to open

Parramatta is set for a dash of 'urban luxe' when the Skye Hotel Suites opens in the coming months.

A new hotel brand created by Crown Group, the first Skye Hotel Suites property will perch in the 28-storey 'V' tower – which Crowns refers to as a 'vertical village' - alongside commercial and luxury residential floors, the later containing 590 apartments.

The 72 hotel rooms range from studios to one- and two-bedroom suites, with access to the building's resort-style bar and open air terrace, 25 metre pool, sauna and fitness centre.

Crown trumps that the Skye Hotel Suites combines "the warmth and personalised service of a boutique hotel" with "the grandeur and amenities of a luxury hotel, the spaciousness and familiarity of a local apartment, and the relaxing escape of a resort."

That's certainly a lot of pack into one building, even with its landmark design.

The overall Skye Hotel Suites philosophy is to develop a series of luxury hotel suites within the Crown Group high-end residential developments, with Crown aiming to open "more than 300 rooms in prime Sydney locations, including Sydney’s CBD in early 2018 and Green Square in 2019."
