Luxury InterContinental London - The O2 hotel opens

The InterContinental Hotels Group now counts another London location on its map with the opening of the InterContinental London - The O2 hotel on the Greenwich Peninsula, adjacent to O2 Arena.

Nearby the North Greenwich Tube station and with 453 rooms including 59 suites, guests are well-situated for easy access to central London or can host their clients in one of 20 on-site meeting and event spaces.

As expected of any five-star hotel you’ll also find a gym at your disposal, along with a health spa and five destination-inspired food and beverage outlets, ranging from The Peninsula Restaurant through to Eighteen Sky Bar with vibrant city views.

“Much like InterContinental Hong Kong or InterContinental Paris Le Grand, this iconic hotel is set to become a destination in its own right, next to one of the UK’s most popular entertainment venues,” said Angela Brav, IHG’s Chief Executive, Europe.

“East London is going through an unprecedented transformation and I’m confident InterContinental London - The O2 hotel will be the perfect luxury retreat for both local residents and guests,” Brav added.

Members of the IHG Rewards Club can earn and redeem points for stays at this hotel.
