Fast-track your trip with Delta One Check-In
The dedicated business class check-in facilities are now at all Delta One hubs across the USA.
The best business class journeys start on the ground, rather than in the air.
If you agree – and of course you would – then you’ll immediately appreciate Delta Air Lines’ dedicated Delta One Check-In zones, which are now in place at every U.S. hub offering Delta One flights.
It’s an exclusive space to check in for your flight, drop your bags and just take a moment before heading through security and to the lounge, and then onto your flight. In essence, this is a ‘curb to cloud’ experience.
“Delta One Check-In sets the tone for each one of our Delta One customers to begin experiencing their elevated journey from the moment they arrive at the airport,” explains Greg Forbes, Delta’s managing director of airport experience.
“It builds on the efficiency and consistency with a welcoming, calm environment that reflects Delta’s signature care and hospitality.”
Dedicated Delta One Check-In areas are now available at Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX), Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), New York-JFK (JFK), Salt Lake City (SLC) and Seattle (SEA).
Each Delta One Check-In zone provides comfortable seating in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, complemented by light bites and refreshing drinks.
JFK and LAX also offer private Delta One security screening that leads directly to the airport’s Delta One Lounge, saving both time and hassle.
Boston and Seattle also boast upmarket Delta One Lounges, with lounges planned for the remaining hubs in the coming years.
Delta One Check-In is available to all passengers flying in Delta One, or business class on selected Delta partners, as well as Delta 360 Members.

Sounds good - lets hope the standards not only hold but also quickly extend to other locations. This puts Delta in a positive position in my book. Airlines have become very generic lately and this could be a competitive move forward.
