“Girkinger teases”…no true a phrase has ever been uttered from One World. They have dangled many  incentive-based carrots the faces of One World customers for years. Once again guilty of over-promising and under delivery.

My wife and I have flown both partners many times in Business Class to European destinations. I don’t see a great distinction between the two services on board or inside the lounges. The biggest advantage is the access across Europe with EK.   

Having transitted through HK in the New Year, QF Platinum / Gold Business Class PAX can use the Cathay Pacific Pier Lounge in T1 next to gate 65.Cathay's First Class lounge has not re-opened post COVID.

All well and good that QF have scheduled a major refurb of business class cabins however their focus should be on ensuring that flight cancellations, re-scheduling, staffing etc are at a level that support their paying customers.
