• Given the delays Qantas and others have been experiencing with deliveries from Airbus, I wouldn;t be surprised if the A380s are still around until at least 2035.

  • But the fact that it is jammed suggests the answer.   It needs additional capacity, which is a better use of valuable track capacity than running half empty HEX trains.

  • Qantas has, surprisingly, continued to ignore KUL altogether, so this is a welcome development for anyone looking to travel to Malaysia.

  • I'd hate to think where they'd set lifetime P1!  300,000 SCs maybe?And maybe they could add in lifetime Chairman's Lounge for 1 million SCs too......

  • A welcome development, although it then becomes even more incumbent on Qantas to release more Classic Rewards seats than they do currently.
