I am one who does not like the Finnair product having flown Singapore to Sydney in it. I found the seat and bed most uncomfortable

Oh no not the Finnair designed Business Class seat on QANTAS. It's bed is the most uncomfortable business class bed I have experienced in flight. Surely QANTAS cab do better.

I have been Platinum One for several years and flew out of Sydney recently and never been invited to roped off area.Thanks for alerting me to this.

Let's hope there is an increased number of pay stations to deal with the ever increaing lines of shoppers especially in the mornings!

I departed Bangkok on the day QANTAS commenced using the CIP lounge. It is no where near the standard I expect of QANTAS. I was NOT impressed. I have been told by QANTAS that one can only use the Emirates lounge if one is flyng on an Emirates aircraft. I am yet to try the Cathay option.
