Yet another reason for me to jump from Virgin to QFF. Platinum with VA for 6 years, but their post-COVID recovery is slow, and as an ALL Gold member, this partnership is another reason to switch across to the flying kangaroo......

I just wish they'd get their act together and introduce lifetime status already. I've been Platinum since 2015, and have suggested it in every feedback form they've asked me to fill out.Not holding my breath anymore though
