I fly Syd to Bne on a regular basis for work and usually at the same time. I have definately noticed flights are emptier the last two momths.

We also used the Sydney service at the airport before our flight and turnaround was within an hour. We booked and paid online and it went quickly. This was early December.

Can only mirror others frustrations in dealing with the QAntas call centre. 4 hour wait to cancel reward bookings that the airlines cancelled the flights. You have to call them if you want a refund as opposed to a travel credit. Still waiting for points to be credited back 3 weeks later.
