Booked a ride with Blacklane for 2pm on Sunday 17th January 2016.The car then turned up at the wrong time at 6am (!) and I was then billed for this, even though the Blacklane system had screwed up my booking.  I then had to find alternative transport for my 2pm ride.Have written to Blacklane...
