Basic good manners apply so never during meal service or flights less than 90 minutes, other than that passengers should be able to recline as they choose.

I've never had any problem with a quick transit in Helsinki to catch the Hong Kong or Singapore flight.

I also remember the down stairs first lounge in the early 2000s, also remember it was usually fairly uncrowded

I second the Finnair recommendation Helsinki is an excellent option and Finnair is generally good value for money. The draw back I find is the layover in Singapore or Hong Kong can be a bit long.

Hobart is the worst domestic I have experienced at times literally standing room only tired facilities and cateringHong Kong is the best internatonal

Have done done Europe via Hong Kong with Finnair in business twice but not on the A350 and will be doing it again in March 17 excpent this time via SingaporeI agree the cabin crew and the catering are not up to the standard of Cathy or Qantas but for the price they are worth using
