Yes XWu except that when faced with things going wrong, I am usually able to find a better alternative for me than the service desk who, faced with a queue of people, want to palm you off on the simplest solution for them. Better to get on the internet and find something that suits me. ...

The way to handle this is for the priority lane to simply take you to the front of the queue.
