Has NY chauffeur been dropped? I flew on J on EK metal on QF points to JFK in Oct and received home pick up and destination drop off service. Is it now only London?Returned via Melbourne to Perth on pts J class but no Chauffeur service on QF metal on return. Thought that a bit strange.
