The only reason to call it "Classic" is to be misleading. You can say that if anyone is actually fooled, shame on them for not reading the terms and conditions, but that still leaves the fact that the name "Classic" is misleading. I'd call it a lie, another poster called it deceitful,...

One quite minor point I haven't seen mentioned anywhere is that the name "Classic" is a lie. The classic business class fare included lounge access and advance seat selection. They should call the no-lounge fare "Light" or something less confusing.

That doesn't work if there isn't award inventory. Further, QR has said that U inventory (business class awards) is treated the same as R and I, meaning no lounge access or advance seat selection.
