Chances are the border closure will be extended again, as they've done twice already. At current rate of increasing infections in Europe and no slowing down in the US, I don't see our borders opened anytime soon.

Marg5291, I don't like your chances. I got knocked back for requesting to attend my grandma's 100th birthday, who has also deteriorated in health recently. So unless you're a professional athlete or politician it seems these approvals are hard to come by and the process is obviously a farce. 

Has anyone stayed here recently? Am platinum member and the welcome drink did not include any cocktails as described above but rather "only" the usual house wines, house beer & house spirits... Also found staff, particularly at check-in, to not be very welcoming

Does anyone know which of the Qantas aircraft have Wifi and which routes they frequent (& at what time)? I'm flying every week MEL-SYD & return on a 737 and am yet to be on one of the planes equipped with Wifi.
