I agree - the Bankwest World Card / 28d works well for O/S purchases in conjuction with fee free CitiDebit card for cash. Any other options out there for international fee free credit cards - preferable with a point carrot too??

I am enjoying the Shop Small Promo at the moment. Spend $20 and get $10 back. Lot's of smaller businesses in the local area. The map based page that Chris linked at the start of the thread is great for searching out these businesses.

There have been some reports of a pay the difference. I will be interested in seeing if you get a response from experienced folk out there. I am not planning as many trips next year so expecting to miss out too.
