Even with an APEC card I can still manage to fill the 66 pager in around 5 years.Cost aside, I hope the online replacement process will apply to those residing overseas and wont force us to front up to the embassy twice just to get another passport with the same expiry date!

No success in the past for me if we're split between cabins. Personally I support such a stance - it's a premium 6 seat cabin and it would be unfair on other paying F passengers having visitors from other cabins coming up for meals/drinks.They have no issue with an F passenger visiting...
