In the last 10 years I would have flown over 500 International sectors........and only one of them on Qantas.  The reason: with a few exceptions, the staff are the rudest people I have probably ever met.   Compare their attitude to that of Thai or SQ.  If they fixed the ATTITU...

Great article.   I never fly domestically but  internationally you are entitled to compensation although I cannot verify that is in every single country.  The airlines  don't make a big deal of it for obvious reasons but if you demand compensation, they must pay...
