Great in concept, but the Manila lounge at peak hours is overflowing with no seating available. Allowing people to pay to get in should only be an option when the lounge is quiet (out of peak hours)

Absolutely agree. I fly Cathay regionally 1-2 times a month, often on A350s. The seat covers in Prem & Econ are often frayed or worn, business seat frames and panels are scratched / marked, and many of the bathrooms have ill-fitting doors, panels taped up. All the more surprising as most of t...

Cathay Pacific desperately need this feature. Sitting through 3-4 different languages on most flights is my pet frustration, particularly as there is a 5-30sec gap between each language announcement which is just enough for your movie to restart before it pauses yet again.
