• Me too.  I plan to do Cathay until QF upgrade A380s to the J suites and then I will happily go via Sydney (from MEL).  I just can't face 17 hours in any class - I need to get off the damn plane for a break.

  • Brilliant! Great that you can access via QF app at home before travel...

Could those pictures be any more sexist?! I guess women don't like to travel and men don't like to serve...

  • Looks nice, can't wait to give it a try (and hooray for direct aisle access - shame that won't be coming to their A380s by the sound of it). • I agree!  I really noticed this flying QF9/10 between Melbourne and London in J a few months back.  The London based A380 crews on the legs between London and Dubai were just absolutely superb - so professional, slick and genuine.  The ANZ crews between Melbourne and Dubai were jus...

  • I flew Melbourne-Auckland return in J last week and the service was excellent both ways... honestly have to say it felt like a great Qantas flight.

  • Interesting.  I've always had very good experiences on A380 and A330, but man watch out for the J crews on 747s... I've had more than enough attitude over the years from that lot (and I'm not a demanding customer by any stretch of the imagination).  I go out of my way to avoid 747s now....
