Yep as Chris said go online and select the "Use points for charges" option. It will say at the top of the screen "1000 points = $10" instead of the usualy $5. In fact, it actually gives you marginally more than that, as it rounds down the dollar value on each transaction to the nearest dollar, re...

The fastest way to board a plane is window seats first, then middle, then aisle (with some studies showing next best is actually random, not from the back). If they combined them and had window seats at the back first, then middle, then aisle, gradually moving forward, that might be the fastest (...

"Did you complain as loudly to Virgin America as you've done here several times today?" - no, I actually only made ONE comment today on this topic, and it was about Virgin Atlantic, not Virgin America. If it was on America, I'd have plenty of good things to say, they were up there as a favourite ...

Wow. One comment online and this is your response. Get a grip mate. Yes, I gave feedback to Virgin Atlantic, not that it's any of your business. On Centurion though, my partner is covered when travelling alone on the supplementary Centurion card with Centurion insurance, and anoth...

The lockers are not ideal - it would mean either I have to store bags at domestic, then pick up in the morning and head to international, or alternatively take them over and store at international the night before. Either way that will add at least 30 minutes or more either side. Might have to b...

Damn, I was hoping they would be stored at the airport as one of them will be a large ski bag. I don't know why they consider it a stopover - I booked it as a connecting flight (ie. using the return flight option, not multi-city option) - it's not my fault it happens to be an 11 hour connection!...
