Any idea what the meal and beverage offering will be? QF/NZ seem to go for a more domestic business style offering where other carriers seem to just offer economy meals with sometimes extra wine and glassware.

I don’t think people realise how low demand is to and from US from NZ/AU. This makes perfect sense, NZ have a duty to minimise risk to their crew where possible. Also reduces the risk of accidental exposure when crew return back home.

Interesting move - but also key to take into account how many of their crew and staff in DOH become infected, we'll never know that number but would imagine its hundreds. Considering most of their labor is foreign nationals with working conditions we wouldn't accept in Australia, the duty of care...

I believe QR have reached their bilateral limits on flights - no more than 21 a week to capital cities, which covers SYD/MEL/PER (ADL/CBR-SYD flight our outside of this), thus why no QR to Brisbane.
