This sounds quite wonderful, but CDG, not exactly the best airport in the world. Talking of replacing the B747s which we all lived on for years, how will QF manage SYD - JNB, does ETOPS now allow this journey.

Travelling J to Berlin in August, Thai / Austrian. Thai have cancelled the 1555hrs flight and put us on the 1000hrs. That mean 6 extra unwanted hours in BKK. Which lounge should we use, of try a hotel in the transit hotel.
