+1. I haven't flown Emirates yet but if they will keep the A380 I'll switch my longhauls to Emirates. Am inclined to support Airbus now too as there are worrying hints about safety issues with Boeing. Worker sabotage in a Boeing plant potentially and apparently QR even specified their aircraft...

777 is not that bad but 787 has better air and that makes a huge difference.I'm just thinking of the poor guys doing it in Y.

I'll be heading home to NZ when this dies down to see family. I'll still be doing 3 - not just 2 - weeks of quarantine voluntarily before I see anybody because I love them. I'd hate to pick something up on the journey to them and bring it to them. Better safe than sorry.

I would quickly match your QR with a *A airline's program while you've still got it. Take a gander at statusmatcher dot com. you'll generally only be able to do this across alliances. so suggest as Q is Oneworld you look at which *A. Oz, Tk are popular and the rest I'll leave you to find out. ...
