The Air Canada website isn't accurate (and isn't even the same depending on which info page you access). I recently contacted Qantas FF on behalf of a friend who lives in Cyprus, is a Qantas FF member, and is not on the internet (yes, they exist; he's 70). He normally comes to Australia once a year, but with the borders firmly shut it's unlikely he'll be able to come anytime soon (not an Australian)...

Still unable to access more than one discussion thread. After the first one loads OK, the message for all subsequent threads is that the thread doesn't exist or has been removed. Not using Explorer, though - using Firefox for Mac. Just tried to post this and got a message "Internal server error"....
