I visited in late August. The menu at the QF SIN lounge is fantastic. The mains and entree consist mostly of Asian inspired dishes presented wonderfully. I don’t recall there being a pasta dish or a steak. The entrees were relatively health except for the signature dish which was this oat, honey cheesecaky thing. Also if your on the QF1, if you have a shower you have to be quick to get all 3 courses. The extra security checks make it 20 mins shorter in the lounge.
Great lounge! Visited several times over the northern summer, had the dumpling, salt and pepper squid, laksa, and the barra, and a club sandwich on one occasion. Though I found the salt and pepper squid in that lounge to be not as good as those served at Sydney First lounge.
Decent drinks selection (and depending on how busy the lounge is when you arrive, the attendants there may even occassionally approach you to take your drinks order, or refill, something I have never seen done at the Sydney lounge). Relatively busy but I never had any issues finding a seat.
Great staff, and on a purely personal opinion basis, I find them more pleasant than those working at Australian lounges.

To be fair, I have been waited on for drinks orders etc in the Sydney First lounge on many occasions. Maybe its the time of day you are there?
