Emirate first class to London, Cathay business class back to Aus.
Used points and booked Emirates first class Brisbane - Singapore - Dubai - London, and Cathay Business class London - HK - Adelaide, any tips on making the most out of it?

For start, you got the Emirates Lounge in Brisbane which I haven't been to. I am NOT sure if you get to the Qantas lounge in Singapore, you got the great Emirates First Lounge in Dubai of course.
On return, I believe you can get into any BA lounge. In HK, you got The Wing I believe.
Please correct me if I am wrong. Many thanks!

Not sure of your connection time but I gave myself a 12 hour stop in HKG recently so I could 1. Run off into the city and have some fun and 2. If you're a One World Emerald see if you can nab a Cabana Room in The Wing 1st Lounge, such a great little area to chill out!
