im not sure if im going mad (may well be the case) - but the cathay website, you actually cannot book a flight on it, the booking window has gone. ive tried everything, its gone, you cannot book a flight with them, which i thought was their purpose?

Nope... it does seem to be the case. Seems that someone must have updated the site with information that has removed the booking portal... It was there a few days ago.

Interestingly if you choose for example their Hong Kong - English site it is there.

You are correct this happens regularly .Either the FF information is missing ,the reservations function is lost or your reservations go missing . It is ver frustrating and user unfriendly .Eveytime CX changes a fare ( usually up) the site goes off line .They are probably making The new Club changes reducing everyone's benefits causing the site to malfunction !
