Hello
I've paid plenty of money to Melbourne Airport corporation for parking over the years. I have however not received any emails or any correspondence saying something like.... 'Thanks for your continued support. For your next park, here is a promo code XXXXX that will give you a X% discount' or the like. Has anyone received anything like that or know how/who/where to get a code? I'm sure the good people on this forum have contributed significantly to their bottom line....
Thanks

Melbourne Airport Parking has been very charitable of late, offering discounts all over the place, even free parking, you can sign up for special deals on their website.

A bit off topic, but are there any pay machines in the At Terminal car park that accept cards? The ones I've used always want cash only.

If at all possible, you should book online before parking, which means you can avoid the pay machines entirely. Not only are the online parking rates significantly cheaper, but booking online means they give you a 1-hour "grace" period either side of your booking times. If you're dropping off or picking up, for example, that means that you effectively get two-and-a-half hours parking for the price of 30 minutes. That's a better deal than you'll get on any promo code!

Having said that, I park very regularly at Melbourne Airport and don't recall receiving a promo code this year. They seem to have moved to a more universal/general discount/sale system that doesn't require promo codes.

I completely agree that you are better to book online before your trip - it is much cheaper. If you want to park at the terminal and pay by card, just insert your credit card when you arrive (instead of taking a ticket) and then enter the same card when you exit the car park. No pay machines required!
