Only been once. Didn’t enjoy it, tried to make some calls and the background noise was off putting - even tried a few locations and different seat and table combinations and just couldn’t get comfortable. Hopefully this lounge design isn’t repeated anywhere else

Completely agree. Combine that with the fact that Melbourne Qantas Club members have lost natural light in the lounge, and there is only one conclusion -- the redesign of the QC is a disaster.

Calls are almost an impossibility, which is highly ironic for a lounge catered to business passengers.

I think this new lounge is terrible. It looks cheap and tacky and like others have said, it's incredibly noisy. I did notice recently that the floors are already getting a scuffed and scratched look to them. The loss of windows is also very disappointing. What was Qantas thinking, this is so disappointing for Melbourne and others that use this lounge.
