The website and mobile sites don't synchronise either so don't actually know how many eligible flights I need to take to maintain Gold or reach platinum.

I wonder why their staff hang around local cafe a lot. I always tempted to ask them many questions, but they were too busy enjoying themselves.

That could apply to lots of staff tho. Plenty at my workplace do this.

My points from a brisbane to melbourne flight took just about 1 week to credit. Not as bad as some others noted.

Still waiting on some status credits for short haul international from Oct but have been credited family pooling from the same flights. Go figure? I suspect there has been a glitch since they updated the SC earn for international short haul from the break up with AirNZ. Status credits from domestic flighrs I have taken in November have been credited approx 2 weeks after flights. It's annoying but I'm choosing not to read too much into it, if SC hasn't been credite d after 6-8 weeks I'll get on their case.

I still don't have SCs from a trip to/from NZ on VA in October! The weird thing is that SQ ones post in a day.

I reckon a similar weird thing with SQ flights. I flew MEL-SIN-FRA and FCO-SIN-MEL in July. SCs for 2 legs SIN-FRA and FCO-SIN arrived on the next day, but SCs for MEL-SIN and SIN-MEL arrived after 2 weeks.
