I'm wondering where my February Coles shopping credits are, usually it's 5 days max. And, if they are missing (not just late) do I call Velocity first or flybuys? Thanks

got mine yesterday, so I think this month may be delayed.... but then again, velocity has not been the fastest to credit the status credits...
