I'm currently Velocity Gold and have lounge passes expiring from qualifying for silver last year. It'll expire in about a week. Does anyway have any experience or would recommend I do anything to extend the expiry date? I do have family travel for which I can use the passes for additional guests but that is 2 weeks after the expiry date.
The ideal method is to swap your passes with someone who has some with a later date, who intends using theirs sooner. But realistically, you'd need more time that one week to give you the flexibility to do such a swap.

I don't think there's a way to swap my passes with velocity?
Digital passes can't be extended or transferred, unfortunately. I tried asking that once when I was Gold but saw I had a couple of passes from my Silver year that would soon expire (and were useless to me as Gold, as I had no need to bring in extra guests on my travels). Contacted Velocity and asked if they could be given to somebody else, answer, no, they would expire as scheduled.
