As a Platinum ex CL flyer I have been appalled at the current wait times, the inability to change flights on the Qantas site..and the inane”was it you who logged in?”

3hrs 40mins to get connected to an agent this week. Also... the only way to get a refund rather than credit is to endure the wait. At least the music isnt awful

You need to realize that the long call centre wait times are based on customer feedback where customers said they prefer a more leisurely, long and musical call centre experience.

Qantas 'premium' line wait times are pathetic to say the least. Long gone are the super quick answer times of " Welcome to Qantas Premium". Bit like Qantas 'First'; very little about it is premium.
