QF once again leaving it until the last possible moment to cancel flights. And then will take customers three months to get a refund or accept an option they didn’t want. Pathetic.

What is the point of launching new flights if you can’t even pick up the phone for existing flights? Five hours on hold today to follow up on a refund from four months ago.

More gaslighting from Qantas. No other reputable company treats customers with such contempt making then wait for eight hours.The excuses and deflection of responsibility from Qantas belong in Canberra. Maybe Alan is angling for Scott Morrison’s job?
