Hi Chris I think some or perhaps all of these QR flights into ADL have Q Suites (or at least that is what is coming up when you go on their website to book). So for those who can travel they might be in for a good surprise.

I guess it makes sense for all OW airlines to fly in and out of T5 for now. Better for those that have to connect to BA, but a shame for perhaps the next year or so that one cannot access the Qantas, CX and Qatar lounges.

QF might have invented business class but they sure knew how to stuff it up with Neil Perry catering, cafe breakfast on Asia flights and the crappy B747 (Rego was OBE from memory)

If the flight has been cancelled, you should get a refund under Australian Consumer Law. If Jetstar is resisting, I would do a credit card chargeback so that you definitely get your money back.
