I do think a friendly reminder to be courteous with a few basic suggestions given by the crew when the seat belt light first goes off would go a long way to setting the tone.  Also, I'm sad to say that those "Weiss ice-cream bars and cups of hot chocolate" have both gone from Qantas economy ...

I think the other cause for the frustration in the morning arrival loo queue is how long people spend in the bathrooms.  Getting changed, brushing teeth and hair, make-up, who knows what else but it is often 15 minutes per person which holds things up.   Then there's the awkwardness of...

Why is no-one else outraged that the buffalo mozzarella has been replaced by its bland and disappointing counsin, bocconcini?  This is very distressing; I hope it is a temporary switch.  

I booked about six return flights to Asia over the next 12 months.  I would have done so anyway but usually closer to each trip.  Will be very interesting to see if this noticibly raises the overall number of people who can reach gold and platinum statuses.  Happy for everyone this...
