    Loving the early flight to SYD and the evening flight. Opens up so many new international connections via SYD. Couldn't come quick enough! VIrgin will hopefully follow suit.

    Nicole is a perfect fit for this Australian campaign IMO. Classic elegance and sophistication yet still thouroughly modern and engageing.  The video is beautifully excecuted but Etihad's perference for down-the-barrel stares to-camera in the still images feels a little intense.

    airlinequality.com takes reviews and I beleive these reviews contribute to the Skytrax annual airline and airport awards that seem to be the awards the industry pays attention to the most..

    As a travel agent, I agree with you that not all agents would know. However the responsiblity for not mentioning it would lie with the agent and Shep would have his free chauferred drive each stop.

    If your baggage allowance is listed as a total weight allowance then you can have a number of items.

    United Airlines 'Checked Baggage" page confirms that Star Alliance Gold get 1st piece for free on US domestic. 2nd piece is $35USD
