    Citibank Plus Everyday Account, transfer AUD to that account, and simply withdraw from the ATM. Qantas cash card overpriced, with their sub-par rates and charges on deposits. Commonwealth travel card is also a bad choice.

    High chance. I believe they only give 5 days notice for plat, correct me if i'm wrong. Since is a a330, high chance of upgrade. I received an upgrade on the 787 MEL-PER as a bronze before it started flying to london with no issues.
