At this point - the issue is the unknown community spread levels. It's one thing to say we don't have any or very low amounts of detectable cases (determined by testing) - but we really have no idea how much it's spread among people who either have no symptoms at all, or very mild flu like sympto...

I've read so many articles about the issues around free campers, and tourists overloading public facilities around the country.
