No. What is really needed is a seperate boarding priory lane for business class passengers. There are no so many people able to join the priority queue it is no longer a perk when you have paid much extra for your travel.

I did what I was asked and got absolutely nowhere - I do not need to 'read the programme info' to know when I am being let down.

Just what is the point (pardon the pun) of collecting Asia Miles points when there is no possibility of using them for reward seats? They told me they could not book seats until 6 months before date of travel and then when I rang there were no seats available 2 weeks before or until 2 weeks afte...

Certanly doesn't work with Cathay arriving at Brisbane. Stood and waited for 45 minutes while all the economy people were forming a huge queue at customs. The priority labels were still on the cases, they just got ignored. Not impressed.
