Just a warning to fellow travelers, was in the Loft on 13th April and the place was packed. They were having to get chairs from storage, it made you realise how tiny the lounge was. We were in exactly the same position as you, having booked reward flights via VA. we had no joy with Twitter, FB or phone, so asked a couple on the plane to swap, it turned out they were exactly the same situation as us, so win all around.

Has anyone got an email address or contact details of how to escalate complaints at Etihad. Received appalling service on recent return flights in business to U.K. and just got a standard email back, saying it was a one off.Thanks
