Hello fellow readersI've just booked a WLG-SYD for Wed 2 October. To get an acceptable departure I've selected and paid for via VA's Business Portal a civilised 10:45am departure from WLG, but via AKL on NZ420, then onwards to Sydney in J, on VA..Does anyone know how/why Air NZ is being included?...

I propose (from my arm chair) that in Sydney - they "upgrade" the upstairs to be a Platinum / Business Lounge - and can call it their "Premium Sydney Lounge" - for Domestic. All aspects of layout, catering exist and easy to "upgrade" the atmosphere and offering. Maybe in this space, they can offe...

..so there is a lift... its' to the left side - designed for wheelchairs I believe. There will also be shower access, and a barista. As to 20 seats, I've been advised more than that. Let me know how you go on Good Friday, If not, I'll let you know what I find out when I go though on 28/04. :)

I'm flying VA WLG-SYD on Sunday (Am VAP) - I'll see what the staff on the ground have to say and will report back... :)
