Was listening to Qantas rubbish for an hour.

Call them and listen to their adds for an hour. Fine, I have hands-free and meantime been doing something else. But come on – AN HOUR!!! This is 12.5% of WHOLE WORKING DAY! This is what they call service today.

Yeah I agree Serg 

It is taking longer and longer to get through to Qantas even as a first class passenger I waited 40 minutes .they should ask are you first ,business or economy and priorities should be be made

Gee, Economy passengers would probably miss their flight on that scenario.

Waited for an hour and a half and gave it up. It is plainly ridiculous.

They prioritise the phone wait times based on your status with the frequent flyer program not the fare class you booked.

That is Ridiculous to treat a first class passenger below a FF no wonder they are losing premium customers

I found it to work quite well.

Do love the call back service! I did call today around about 11am and got answered within 15-20 which I was pretty surprised about.

It does, but they tend to call you back at very inconvenient time when you in toilet for example. And for sure you will not have handy all those booking reference and other stuff.

I often seem to be answered quicker by the call back than holding on line!

I am on the phone with BA and have been on hold for 49 minutes, this is the 3rd time calling them.

They are all the same.

Not with my direct number to Emirates in Melbourne. No problems there.
