There is no workaround, I have been trying to offset work trips for over a year now (they are booked via a third party agency). When I have called they just say "its an issue they know exists and will fix in due course".

Flew both Qantas and Qatar J in the previous months, honestly, worlds apart. Qantas is sub-par in pretty much all aspects but is always one of the most/if not the most expensive. I am only "loyal" to Qantas because that is who my employer has selected as their preferred airline.
