Definitely need a stand up bar area to move, socialise and just get out of your seat and stretch your legs. Improve the amenities kits. Make the seats more comfortable and/or the bedding more plush.

It may be completely unrelated but it had an aborted take off out of Melbourne too!! It looked like it was heading back to the gate but then it turned around and took off on it's second attempt. I can only imagine what was going through the passengers minds after the initial diversion to Melbourn...

I'm still waiting for points to arrive and it's been 4 weeks since my order. I've never experienced this delay before with Qantas Wine. When I called them they advised that points can take up to 6 weeks to be credited to my account.

Yes you were being perfectly reasonable. I have experienced the same thing recently. I can't believe how some people think that we want to hear their business conversations!!
