Re: Emirates, I booked a reward flight from DXB-CPT last year and got chauffeur service at both ends. I just had to then go through the Emirates website to book the chauffeur service once I'd booked the actual reward flights through QANTAS. Very painless. Unless the rules have changed in the last...

Yeah I did this for an upcoming trip in July. FRA-LCY and LCY-ZRH. First time flying in and out of London City Airport. ~18000 each way. But yes, BA shorthaul is very disappointing, if my last flight from Cape Town- Johannesburg was anything to go by.

The Finnair flight from Helsinki has now been moved to land at Changi at 6:20pm, and the Qantas flight to Brisbane departs there at 8:30pm. Anyone have experience of getting Finnair to check through lugg...

Just out of interest, why are the OP and a couple of others so against the Qantas Online Mall? It's often 2x, 3x or 4x your average earn on those particular store, plus you can double dip if you have a Qantas Premier card and it counts as Qantas spend. What's not to like?
