It was never intended that people use lounge food to save money on the plane. Buy your own sandwich on board.

I flew in Qsuites for the first time in June and was blown away. I’ve flown Business Class on several airlines and these are next level - better than many First Class offerings. Add to that the attentive service and on-demand food, and I’ll be a Qatar Airways fan from now on.

I’ve just had the same for June flights. In our case it is perfect as we live in Melbourne and only booked from CBR as those were the only QF J reward seats available. The change saves us unnecessary flights to CBR and accommodation at each end.

Yes for some reason Qantas doesn’t block Row 4 for Plat1 on international flights - as a Platinum I can choose that row any time.

I’m flying tomorrow and expected the access to Pressreader to be highlighted in the Qantas iPad app, but it isn’t there. Am I missing something, or has Qantas stopped this service?

I’m not sure what the complaint is - they moved you to the next available flight, which happened to be with another airline. As mentioned above, QF will credit you points and Status Credits if asked.

I travel to Asia often on Qantas, and have enjoyed the business suites for some time now. However, I’ve noticed that QF24 from BKK to SYD on January 19 has a 2-2-2 layout in Business. Is Qantas not finished upgrading all their A330s yet?
Tipping at Qantas LAX First lounge?

Where does this information come from that Qantas pays staff more than other lounges in LAX? As much as we hate the American tipping culture, you are in the US so I would think that US practice applies. On the same basis, I doubt you'd tip the staff at a United lounge in Australia.
