I wonder if Chicago has come onto QF’s radar more so seeing as Air NZ are flying there (which has been predicted for a while now)...I thought QF would utilise Seattle first due to the relationship with Alaska and also being slightly closer, could one of the to be retiring 747s make from BN...

I was once returning to Aus from South America in J with Qantas had a connection in Auckland(Latam)Well my flight destination was Perth via Sydney and the Sydney leg was cancelled and strangely enough Qantas didn't send me to Perth via Melbourne or Brisbane they just straight up put on an Air NZ ...

Its because SIN and HGK are both east of BKK, equates to it being a longtintudal "backtrack" trip and under the reward booking rules counts as not as in not flying in one direction because you step back. Its so miniscule and stupid but thats the reason why generally and has been like this for yea...
